@Noah Yashinsky hi Noah yeah just purchased a four Plex in pharr last month. For 379k and it cash flows. I have a few four Plexes in Edinburg also.

Mcallen has one of the youngest populations in America second to Provo, Utah, and behind them Laredo Texas. If it cash flows, it’s gonna do fine.
