@Jason M Gordo yes your right. What if I say that I can get released from work, take out my 401k and then get my job back on a “Last chance” program at my job and don’t lose any pay or seniority.

@John Palley it’s just it feels like I’m sitting on the sideline watching all my friends become financially free off real estate and I’m stuck working a job. Yes my job is a good paying W2 but this is not what I want to do and I want to just take a risk and dive in. I’ve been learning a lot on real estate, like I said my friends are doing it, I have my real estate license and I have my contractors license.

Hello I’m looking to purchase a home that’s a great deal but I’m worried that I don’t have enough capital to do the rehab. What are the qualifications to use hard money? How long does it take to receive the money? Do they go off credit scores? How long do I have to pay them back?

Hello my name is Justin Reyes and I’m 30 years old. I been working for a company for only 3 years and have about $30k vested in my 401k. I want to take it out and buy my first property to possibly hack or 1031 exchange. I know it’s risky because I don’t have a lot of experience or don’t have anyone to teach me tricks besides listening to Bigger pockets podcast but I’m willing to take that risk. I have a good paying job also that can help with the process. I just want to one day create passive income and be able to spend more time with my new daughter. Does anyone have advice for me?

Hello my name is Justin Reyes and I live in Milwaukee Wisconsin. My partner and I are looking to start a property management business very soon. We both have our real estate license and both been studying on what makes a “great property management”. I know there is a lot more still to learn. I would like to know if anyone has any advice they would like to share. All advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello I would like to know if anyone has ever bought a city owned property. I know that when you buy city owned properties you have a certain amount of time to get them repaired and also I know that there are a lot of grants out there to apply for. I just want to see if anyone has ever bought a city owned property and how was the experience.
