Hey there! I am a new wholesaler and have yet to get my first property under contract. I have been trying to wholesale remotely and am wondering how to find remote investors after getting a property under contract? Any preferred methods or ideas would be a huge help! Thank you in advance for any advice! :)

Hey there! I am a new wholesaler and have a couple offers out on remote properties through real estate agents. I have not had a property under contract before and I was wondering what to make sure the real estate agents include in the contract and how to say that via email? Thank you in advance for any advice :)!
