Just wondering if there are any specific books that BP and participants would recommend on financial strategies for the real estate industry. I know there are so many ways to make the money work for you. What are your suggestions, tips, & secrets that I should study? 

What are the benefits to different lending strategies? How can I get the best bang for my buck and keep the most green in my pockets at the end of the day?

I'm just starting my REI career but my interest began when a lot of our new clients started bringing us flip houses over the last several years. I began building equity to start and I'm looking to sell my first rental property next month for a good profit.

I'm here to learn but If anybody would like a free estimate on rehab work let me know. 

We are licensed and insured with 17 years in the industry. Over the years we have acquired over 1600 contractors nationwide but we are based in Fort Myers, FL. 

Happy to answer any question and would love any advice on where to start my studies. Any recommendations on books or podcast would be great!!
