Thank you for the information. I have a question about finding a syndication in my area. How would I find a reputable one. I guess I would be on my own for researching them. What would I look for in a good syndication?

I have 3 paid off properties in an LLC and about 150K in savings. I attended a multifamily real estate seminar in my city and made it seem like it was easy to get into multifamily. I want mentorship from a pro, someone who is where I want to be.
