I was looking to see if any one has had any experience with challenging credit bureaus.
I'm unsure of the prices in Texas but it sounds like you may be low on coolant. If this is the case you would want to decipher how long it has been since the last time you have gassed it up. If it has been years than you may be better off just gassing it back up but if it has been a short amount I would call a professional as you most likely have a strong leak. R22 is running nearly a grand a can in Tennessee so I would assume the cost is close in Texas.

Today as I went to refi a house I purchased through an equality loan I came to find out that I have a collection on my credit score that dropped me about 75 points. Lowering me down into the high 600"s. I was unaware I had this bill and it was from the utility department at an old apartment I use to live at. It just got sold to a collection agency and they listed it on my credit. What are some ways I could get this removed from my credit report? Any tips tricks or whatever would be greatly appreciated

Hello, I would like to start out by saying I have a strong passion for real estate investing but at this point I have just really started out. Im 21 years old and I have purchased two rental properties at this point. My ultimate goal is to purchase apartments. I could be asking in the wrong section but what type of requirements does it take to purchase an 8 unit apartment complex at 499,000$ that has net operating income of 130k? What is the best way for me to reach my goal of purchasing small apartment buildings?
