Hi, I'm a new member.  A lot of good information on here, I'm looking to start my career in real estate investing.  Wholesaling is going to need to be my initial way into it, as budget limitations... Any guidance will help. Thanks in advance.

I agree. Interesting article. L.A. Will always be unique from other large metros. It bucks the trend, app many subcultures and ethnicities, the suburbs will not be going away.
