I have yet to read this article, but thank you anyways for putting it together. I can't wait to read it.

I've been in 18 years and I am in a position now where I manage, I do not get my hands dirty anymore, But I have been deployed to Iraq twice, and Afghanistan once, and Turkey when we did Operation Northern Watch.

There is a good chance I will be retiring this summer, and I am working on getting my second rental. Very early stages, and its like starting over from scratch as my first one I aquired almost 3 years ago lol.

Thanks again for the article.

Matt,

Awesome! I was the Armament Flight Commander at Barksdale AFB, on the BUFFs. Thanks for your service and good luck on that second rental.

I am reading "The Road to Serfdom" by F.A. Hayek, excellent read so far but incredibly tough. It is also not a real estate book, but the more I can understand economic theory and philosophy, the better.

I even got a shout out...awesome.

Great stuff as always! I will make sure I pass this on to my many friends in the service.

Scott,

If you click on someone's name and go to their profile. Under their profile picture you will see the options to send them a message, follow, or send a colleague request. Hope that helps.

Welcome to BP Charlie. What you are asking for has been the topic of many threads and articles here on BP and requires a lot of information, so much in fact that one of the resident Flip experts, @J Scott wrote an entire book about how to estimate rehab costs...I highly recommend it!
