I have a Rehab Manager that will be managing the rehabs of my flips. What is a typical and fair commission to manage rehabs? He would be responsible for hiring contractors, managing the project and getting the work done on budget and on time. Any incite on this will be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi all. My wife is a Realtor and we have a Real Estate business in the Tampa Bay area. We come across Spanish speaking buyers often but having a hard time finding Spanish speaking Mortgage Brokers. My wife speaks fluent Spanish but the Brokers are not comfortable with her translating. Can anyone please suggest any Spanish speaking Mortgage Brokers in the Tampa Bay area? Its ok if they speak only Spanish as well since my wife would have no problem communicating with them. Thanks in advance :-)

Hello Rockstar investors! I'm new to REI and have been educating myself for the past year. I have recently started marketing, looking for and analyzing deals. I definitely still have a lot to learn.
