Someone I know is looking to do their first investment through a turnkey provider (I'm more of a do-it-yourself type) - which turnkey providers are the best and why?

This is an excellent message @Natalie Cloutier.  Too often we as property managers assume the worst about our tenants.  Nearly all of ours our responsible young adults, who pay rent on time every month.  They are dealing with real and sometimes fairly impossible choices right now.

@Alex Olson -  appreciate that feedback.  Definitely been doing a bit more speaking lately.  It seems to create a bit more buzz around what we're doing which is a nice start.

@Alina Trigub - Appreciate the blog post.  I'll read it over.  We'll definitely focus on that relationship building as core to everything else.

@Anson Young - we're a specialized turnkey company that focuses on coliving properties.  I would love to hear your opinion on the best options for networking virtually for something like that (webinars sound promising but where do you source the audience?).  Me and @parker hills are finance/engineer guys by trade so marketing and sales are something we're finding to be an interesting challenge.

A few nationwide concepts we're considering
-targeted facebook ads in tier one cities
-Good adwords spend (same areas)

-FaceBook group marketing

I've started a real estate company in the Midwest and feel really good about our real estate investment product.  We're having a lot of trouble getting into enough conversations with investors though.  What are some strategies y'all use when you have deals, to get them in front of the enough of the right people?

A few we plan on trying shortly - email marketing, networking (have done some of this already), SEO

This is a painful journey - appreciate all the help we can get!
