Thank you for the suggestion @Mindy Jensen, I will definitely check the blog out.

I am wanting to get into buy and hold and starting my rental portfolio, but my own personally journey is just beginning, so we will see where real estate investing takes me!

Been a huge fan and follower of both the site and podcasts as of late. Very informative information on all fronts! 

I currently work for the local HomeVestor's franchise here in Pittsburgh where I got my first introduction to real estate investing. I am excited to find this community to learn more from the amazing contributors to this site and make some connections as well!
