The kitchen is functional, but dated… it is reasonably close to rental-ready, as-is. The full bathroom on the second floor is/was in the process of being updated (see photos)… this work will need to be completed.

This property is a 2BR/1BA SFR that was most recently owner-occupied. The property will need thorough cosmetic interior updates, plus a new roof and siding on the exterior, but there is tremendous up-side potential in this neighborhood and elite school district (North Allegheny School District is consistently ranked within the top ten school districts in PA). 

Various updates will be required throughout this property, so please review our full set of photos (on our website) to get the proper perspective on the required scope of work.
