This 2.0 story Brick Old Style house is located on a decent street-scene in Swissvale Boro. This property is a 4BR/1BA SFR with nice curb-appeal that is currently owner-occupied and in decent overall condition. 

The walls and ceilings (including some drop-ceilings and paneling) will require some misc. patch/repair, throughout. New carpeting and fresh paint will also be required throughout. The kitchen is functional, but dated… it is reasonably close to rental-ready, as-is. The full bathroom on the second floor is/was in the process of being updated (see photos)… this work will need to be completed.
