This 2.0 story Frame Multi-Family house is located in Brighton Heights (27th Ward). This property is currently set up as an Up/Down Two-Unit (both vacant) that is located on a quality street-scene in a solid overall residential neighborhood.

The Downstairs Unit is set up as a large 1BR /1BA with a LR and Eat-in-Kitchen with an elevated rear deck off of the kitchen. This unit needs significant updating in order to be considered rental-ready. The Upstairs Unit (2nd Floor + Attic Level) is set up as 3BR/1BA with a LR and Eat-in-Kitchen. This unit was more recently occupied and in much better condition than Unit #1. Each unit will require thorough cosmetic updates throughout, including updates to the kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring and fresh paint.

Both units have separate entrances and separate utilities (gas & electric). Each unit has separate 100 amp circuit breakers. Both furnaces are older and should probably be checked out/serviced. The slate roof and siding both appear to be in decent condition. The windows are mostly vinyl double-pane and functional.

There is plenty of on-street parking available in the front. There is a tree in front of the front porch that will need to be removed. This property is conveniently located just a couple of minutes from Rt. 65, within very close proximity to Downtown Pittsburgh. A two-unit in this neighborhood has the potential for significant positive cash-flow.   3510 MASSACHUSETTS AVE
