Hello everyone. I'm new here and happy to be a part of BP. I look forward to connecting and learning as much as possible from other members especially those in my area.

I've been interested in Real Estate for awhile but have just recently decided to try my hand at it. Wholesaling properties is where I'd like to get started. Over the last few weeks, I've been reading and trying to learn as much as possible. I'm hoping to connect with rehabbers/investors who are looking for properties in my area (west suburbs of Chicago).

I'm really looking forward to learning and hearing from others who know the ins and outs of REI, those who like myself are just getting started and everybody in between, as I know that there is an incredible amount of insight to be gained from being a part of these forums.
