Hello everyone!

I am an investor from Pittsburgh, PA now located in Birmingham, AL. I am currently licensed in PA, looking to obtain my license in AL and start in the Multi-Family Investment market. I initially started in the SFR wholesaling area working closely with someone experienced in the industry.

My background is in design (architecture) and worked on the lending side with a mortgage broker for nearly two years before becoming a top leasing agent in my area. I stumbled across this website and already reading a lot of helpful information and looking to network with other like-minded individuals.

I am looking to continue my path in real estate investing full time
