What are your thoughts about starting off in Auctions? I'm looking at a 4plex that's vacant and needs a ton of work. Is it possible to finance these deals through banks or would it have to be private lenders? Any feedback would be great. Thank you!

Hey BP Friends! Did i do this right? This property will be  owner occupied. Its listed for 490K but I want to submit an offer for $395K. 

Medowdale in Lynnwood is a great neighborhood. I went to Lynnwood High school so i'm very familiar with the area.  Mukilteo is even better area and the school district is phenomenal.

I don't own a home yet. My market entry point is pretty expensive so it has been hard finding affordable multi-family properties.

I'm eager to get started into real estate investing and just recently learned about the sub 30K homes. I feel like this is the easiest way for me to get started but on the other hand it would be investing out of state which i heard can be challenging.  I've been looking in WI for homes under 30K and  live in the Seattle area. Can someone please share their experience doing this?

How are you finding your deals in this market? I'm a new real estate agent and have access to the mls but everything that comes up are not deals. I'm looking for a house hacking deal on a duplex, tri-plex, or 4-plex.
