Thanks for the post. I wish I had an answer for you, but I am new in the STR/MTR space. As an experienced property manager and co-host which platforms or strategies do you use for generating/closing leads, aside from AirBNB, VRBO, and Furnished Finder?

This is called gap funding and you will want to make sure your lender is okay with you doing it. There are still work-arounds and loop-holes, depending on your situation and where the funding comes from.

I asked your same question last night on BP forum and Facebook group because I got the same email. Seems too good to be true, and her email is a gmail, not @shiverslendingllc.com. To me, that was the first giveaway. Legit businesses generally use their domain. I still asked because, well, those are great terms and I would love for it to be real! LOL!

Has anyone here used Shiver’s lending? Terms and rates are really great, which makes me sceptical. Want to make sure this isn’t a potential scam. 

Use the BRRRR method.

There are lenders who offer Bridge- Fix & Flip loans. 90% LTC and 100% of the rehab.

Refinance into a long-term loan. Walk away with more money than you put in and a cash-flowing property.
