I am re doing some flooring and wondering how big of a difference an appraisal would be with hardwood flooring versus LVT or LVP. Looking for any advice or recommendations on this! Thanks!

Looking for ideas on letters that anyone has sent to motivate people to sell that are not on the market currently. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

Cody,

I just purchased a home around the Southpark area and I am going through the sewage easement process as we speak. The city has contracted out a third party to do all of the work and they are paying me for 3,063sqft of property to put a new sewage easement. As far as the compensation they are taking a certain $ amount per sqft based off the land appraised and multiplying it by the 3,063sqft. They are paying me 40% of that number for the easement... Hope this helps.
