Ok so it depends on the area ?
Someone suggest I go check out Lisa Phillips book on real estate and I noticed she is real big on holding for rental properties but stated she is not a big fan of wholesaling. Wholesaling is something I want to do and was thinking about rental afterwards. Has anyway one read her book or think wholesaling is a waste of time?

Hey, everyone I’m new to real estate and looking forward to wholesaling. Should I look for buyers first or should look for deals first. I just recently finished up an online course called the real estatr money club with learning the basics and still a little confused.
