Hi, my name is Kammon Hiatt and I've been a member of BiggerPockets for years but this is my first post.  I have enjoyed listening to the podcasts in my car, at the gym and reading the discussion threads when I have a questions.  My interest in real estate investing grew stronger several years ago after reading that ever so popular book "Rich Dad Poor Dad".  I paid for some expensive courses only to realize that they were a pitch for the next expensive courses.  

I really appreciate the way that this website is set up and the support that I see from member to member.  I'm excited to network with other investors and continue learning strategies along the way.  If there is a group of you that meets in Salt Lake or Utah County, I'd love to hear about it.
