Hi Everyone,

One thing I have a problem with as a investor is dealing with my expectations from contractors and holding them to completing the job correctly. To be honest, I do get lazy and expect them to do a good job and check everything. But I constantly have been getting "that wasn't part of the project" " I didn't know to fix that"

Does anyone have a good system of working with contractors to have a smooth transaction. From estimate, deposits, and final project. If can share your scope of work for a house Reno! that would be great.

Thanks,

Kamran

Found it, looks interesting, but would love to find more like go abundance and collective genius but more local.

Hello Everyone!

I am a mid level real estate investor with scaling pains and would like to know what Mastermind groups are out there for investors with 20+ units that are looking to grow to 500+ units. I invest mainly in New Jersey with 2-4 unit multi family homes and will be transitioning into doing more of this and larger 50+ unit Multi families.

Thank You,

Kamran
