No, ATM I don't have any scripts to use for calls or personal conversations  

so I've been following James plan for a month now. I have an ad in the newspaper , a bench board ad and run ads on my Facebook business page. The ads have only been running for around a week so Im not sure how long it takes for response. I have my ad spots reserved for 5 months I believe. I have been reaching out to FSBO but most arnt interested in paying a broker fee. Is there something I am doing wrong or am I just impatient ?.

I recently just attained my license one month ago. I have trouble finding a daily plan of how to run my business. I generated some leads but it doesn't seem their going anywhere. Would anyone have any tips on what I should do everyday with the holidays near ? 

well i've been talking to investors on linkedin. As far as mail it been directly to residential homes for buyers or sellers.

I was just recently licensed in November of this year. I've talked to some people but nothing is sticking so far. I've reached out to FSBO but they usually turn their noses up when you say '' realtor'' . I've also sent out direct mail with no responses so far. I was just wondering if anyone had an tips to help my business.
