Do any financial firms/advisors, Real Estate agents, Wholesalers, Lawyers, CPAs, investment companies, wealth management firms, private equity firms, property management companies, etc. have any suggestions for finding accredited investors?

Where can I find accredited investors for new development/construction projects upcoming & on the horizon yielding high ROI/profits in NJ & NY?

We are seeking land/tear downs/double-lots for new development/construction of Single family homes, Duplexes, Townhouses, Luxury Apartment buildings, Condominiums, etc. in NJ/NY. Also, open to new development/construction project leads for any individual/household/organization interested in or dreaming of doing so. We are equipped with the resources & tools necessary to create just about anything you can think of.

Allow me to clarify: we are developers & investors offering high ROI/profits to accredited investors whom invest in our upcoming real estate development projects for which we have prepared property reports for. We also welcome construction/development project leads for those who desire custom homes, Duplexes, Luxury Apartment buildings, Townhouses, Condominiums, etc. to be built. We are open to partnering with other Developers on projects as well.

Additionally, we are always seeking opportunity in the form of vacant land/tear downs/double-lots, etc. to be developed. Lmk if that helps.

Where/how can I find small/large scale Construction/Development project leads such as custom dream homes, Duplexes, Luxury apartment buildings, Condominiums, Townhouses, etc., that need to be built?

How would a real estate developer/investor go about finding other investors, developers, or joint ventures for collaborating on small or large scale real estate development projects?
