Hey Daniel, that firm is a traditional RE agency.  Do they have an internal title company that does the Subject to title closings? 

Hello BP Investors - I'm in search of one or two title companies that are familiar with the due on sale clause and understands how to close deals using a "Subject to" contract.  I am in the Northern Virginia area and would appreciate references that you confident can do these transaction.
