Hello BP Investors - I'm in search of one or two title companies that are familiar with the due on sale clause and understands how to close deals using a "Subject to" contract.  I am in the Northern Virginia area and would appreciate references that you confident can do these transaction.

I've used Fairfax Realty of Tysons for quite a few things/transactions. Luisa is who I've used each time and she's been great. I'd recommend putting them on your short list.
