I would like some input on evictions in Arkansas.  I need to evict a tenant for non payment of rent in Clay county.  I would rather not go down the road with an attorney. I served a 3 day to pay or vacate and he was supposed be out on Saturday by Midnight. I have not done an eviction in clay county and was curious if anyone had any helpful ideas. Thanks

Yes, there are property managers around NEA.  We manage our own property for now.  You can definitely find some great deals, but the rent is probably cheaper as well.

Hello, I am new to Bigger Pockets .  I started watching you tube videos and have really learned alot from the various speakers that have been on the show.  I am still working my full time job while building my Rental Business on the side.  I am wanting to leave my job and work my rental business full time in the near future.  Still checking into my freedom number and insurance etc.  I started the business in the Spring of 2014 and have 34 doors.  I love listening and reading encouraging information. Hopefully soon I will report to be a full time investor!!!
