I was browsing the Real Estate Investing books when I ran across a book that had a card sticking out like a bookmark. After closer inspection someone placed their "we buy houses" style card business card with their name and number in almost every book on the shelf. I thought it was a good idea due to the fact people are looking at these books for a reason. Has anyone tried this tactic and if so how effective do you think it is?
