Switching to facebook ads has been way more profitable and I have been able to have all my leads coming in hit multiple times on the back end to bring them back in if they do not initially contact me. 40% close rate as of now on all my leads!

I really just look at what others are doing
@Robert Reardon I have been using facebooks advertising platform. Been getting seller leads at around $30-40 depending on the zip code and I have been able to close 40% of them because of the qualification process I am running on the backend

Hey Allison,
If you do not mind me asking, what is the percentage of deals you close through these forms of outreach?
I actually use facebooks advertising platform to collect my emails
Honestly, I have not found cold calling and ringless voicemail to be as cost-effective as I have facebook advertising.

I have actually been using facebook ads to bring seller and buyer leads and it has honestly been alot more effective than using any other software such as CL scrapper or cold calling/emailing because you do not have to touch the ads at all, and all the leads that come in that do not initially convert, they go to a 14 touch point follow up sequence and I am able to also re-target them directly on facebook. Been able to close 40% of the leads too because they are already qualified before coming into the system

Hey Shawn,
I have actually found way better results using facebooks advertising platform to generate buyer and seller leads. Right now I am generating buyer leads for as low as $4 and am able to close 40% of those because they are super qualified through a short survey I run. And for my seller leads I am getting them for about $30, sometimes even $25. And i am able to retarget them through facebook if I dont get them on the initial contact as-well as I setup a whole nurturing system where I have a software follow up with them via email and sms
