@Drew Sygit - Yes!  This is exactly what I was addressing.  We are trying to compose the lease with clear interpretation as to who the parties are and their roles.

What we were looking for is verbiage on how to write tenants’ lease agreements noting the contract is between them, the tenant(s), and the Owner, but recognizing our company as the property managers.  

We have begun to now manage property for other owners.  However, we are looking for protective ways of creating Lease Agreements where identification is noted as to who the actual parties are within the contract, that being - us (property management) and the actual property owner.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
