Hi Lisa , I'm Kathlene Griffiths. Im newish here too. I have been a member for about a year and pro a couple months. I noticed that you live in Victorville. I live in Pinon Hills. Its nice to see someone from up in the high desert. Welcome.

I recently listened to podcast that had Chris Clothier on it. There was a lot of good tips and information. 17 deals a week thats awesome. I want to listen to that podcast now. I would love to hear the inside on hiring and building a business.

Hi, 

Yes the ultimate result is buy and holds. But we want to generate some capital, so we are going to flip some then start the buy and hold. We love houses. we haven't lived in one except maybe 2 that we did not work on personally to remodel. We always go in to a house with the idea that we can improve on or add to this house to make it work for our family. We had a family of 5 but had as many as 8 in our house hold. Our current home we have changed around a couple of times to accommodate the family. We have put up walls with and without electrical and we have so many plans on how the finished product (the whole house inside and out) will look.

It would be fun to meet up and chat. just let us know when as we both work. We have Sundays off always. so if you want to meet half way or come up here or us come down there. Let us know.

Hi Jeryd,Thanks for responding.Thats awesome that you know David.Thank you David for the very helpful information. Very much appreciated. It was good to know about the AV. I live in Pinon Hills. If you want to meet up with my husband and I, I would love to arrange it. Its nice too meet another BP person. We are new to this. still in the learning phase. Can't wait to get started tough. Maybe I will look in to initially starting to flip in the AV. Our ultimate goal is buy and holds.
