Please let us all know how this is going David.  I'm currently renovating a home in Hyde Park from afar.  I'm pretty stoked because it has gone up in value just since I bought is August.  Reno is taking forever, but looks like that's a plus this time, as the comps just keep going up and up.  I live in CA.  What other areas are good for flipping in Cinci? I'm starting to really love Cinci for flipping.

I started investing in a flip in Cincinnati long distance about 3 weeks ago. This is my second flip project with this wonderful company that I am working with. The cost of repairs are staying right on track, and the the ARV was conservatively estimated. It is going well, but I had a life circumstance occur while just starting this project, which left me with very little savings left over to complete this flip deal all the way through to the end. I have an excellent reputation on BP and in the investing world, and am just looking for a little relief in this rehab I am a bit over my head with now. In the end, the numbers will be amazing for us both if we split this deal 50/50. Feel free to email me at [email protected] for more details, and I will be happy to go over the numbers, share projections, etc...

@Michael S. it worked! Thank you so much Michael!

Thanks Michael. That totally worked!  Also, another tech question: How do you get the @ sign next to someone's name (like you did above) to pop up and notify the sender?

Anyone else having trouble accessing their message inbox from the app on their smart phones? Anybody have a solution to this? Or maybe I'm just not tech savvy?

you guys all rock! I love how everybody chimes in and tries to help! One thing I've learned in my short real estate investing career is that just because a deal crosses your path that seems like something you don't want to "pass up".  Remember, there will be many many other deals that will be awesome as well. Analyze your deals carefully and make your choices wisely! I have learned!

My apologies Catalyn. I mis-spelled your name the first time.

Hi Carolyn. I'm thinking you could find people at your local real estate investor meetings. People who have wanted to always invest in real estate but never have and just want to get their feet wet and learn the business.
