Hey Ken!

We scan and analyze thousands of properties a day for investors. While good deals these days can be hard to come by, we've definitely seen success across all those Florida cities you mentioned. In terms of other cities in Florida, I would also add Jacksonville to the mix! I also have some smaller Florida markets I can recommend as well as well as other markets out of state. Reach out if your interested! Best of luck!

Hey! We designed our company Winnow to be a huge time-saver. We scan and analyze every new listing in an investor's target markets and send an email alert of high-potential properties based on their custom criteria. These alerts come with editable pre-populated spreadsheets so it saves a ton of time. Reach out if you're interested!

Welcome @Mark E Griffin

Good luck diving into the research! If you're looking to save some time shifting through properties, our company, Winnow, automatically scans and analyzes every newly listed property and then sends you the ones with potential. We have coverage in West Virginia and would be happy to help!

Hi Byoung!

My name is Katie. You are definitely right that it's hard to find good deals these days -- needle in the haystack for sure! That said, I personally like both Indianapolis and Detroit. We have users in these markets getting a couple deals a week (out of hundreds of properties searched). Feel free to reach out and we can chat more!

Hi Aspen! I'm an agent/investor in SLC. I think the best bet would be to surface it to all the local investor groups here. There's a really strong investor community which tends to be a great way to spread the word about existing Airbnbs coming for sale. The only thing I'll warn you is with SLC cracking down on short-term rentals, demand for the property could depend on how its zoned (e.g., does zoning allow for short-term rental use or would a future owner be at risk of it getting shut down by the city). If zoning is a challenge, it could still be a really attractive mid-term rental and there's some other creative things we could do to make it as attractive as possible to the investor population here. Would love to chat - feel free to reach out!

Hi Eric! I used to live in Denver (and still have an Airbnb in Westminster) so was excited to see you're from Colorado! I'm now an agent/investor in here Utah and keep a pulse on all the properties in SLC that are zoned properly. I actually have a few that I'm tracking now. I also love your multi-family idea. If you want the best of both worlds, I recently came across a triplex in a super desirable area that's also zoned for Airbnb. Reach out if you're interested! Thanks!
