Hello Greg

Thank you for the clarification. A lawyer who's doing my closing mentioned that and I found it weird because it didn't make much sense. But according to him, some mortgage companies require the spouse to sign off nowadays. I'll look into it for the state of MA.

Thanks a lot!

Hello to you all and I hope you had a wonderful Holiday!

My concern is, I am selling an investment single family home that I purchased in an LLC as sole manager. I want to know if my husband has to sign off on it, for the sale, even though he is not part of my business?

Thanks

Hi Nathaniel

Hello all

I am a newbie but I partnered with a great mentor and we are on fire! I have a great opportunity in Milton, MA. Milton is one of the best and most expensive cities in the U.S. We purchased a home last May, for a great discount which we were going to hold and rent. However, we have new projects in the pipeline and we decide to sale because the market is booming right now. House has two levels plus a basement already plastered, and we just need to finish the cosmetic work there: add laundry rooom and create a nice area for office, kidroom/family room. The budget for upstairs and basement plus yard  work is $40K. I have all estimates, and contractor ready to work.

Send me an email at [email protected] if you want to know more about this great opportunity and I will have all details, comps ready for you.

Thank you very much!
