John Mathewson is it appropriate to ask people about deals that in trying to sell? For example, my partner is selling homes at wholesale prices, can I do that for each deal? Or is that against the rules ?

Ashley Dobbs Thx for reaching out. I see the main purpose of having a mentor is to show you the ropes and help you not make the mistakes they may have made when starting out. I don't think you need to have a mentor. I just like being paired with success people. Their success usually rubs off. Just gotta find the right people

Christopher Phillips thanks for the help. Just to make sure I understand. Is sourcing a deal the act of finding a seller to who is willing to sell they're home and then assigning it to another buyer. Or is that just wholesaling. Possible for an example of sourcing a deal? Thanks in advance
