what is sourcing deals? Does anybody have any idea. Overheard this term. They said you can source or wholesale

Sourcing a deal is just a general financing term for finding transaction/deals. You'll hear this a lot in mergers and acquisitions or business development. One example in real estate is searching for a multi family complex to buy. Or searching for a house to rehab and flip.
