Wayne Brooks Make sure that you do not offer a price you are not comfortable paying. At the end of the day Fannie will consider any legitimate offers, there is no need to overextend. Pick a number that you are will to invest total and minus the rehab costs. If they don't accept it you can always submit another offer

Mehran Kamari i do my flips locally as much as possible but if an opportunity presents it's self then i do go out of state. However, i like to do them where i have family or friends so i can have someone monitor the process and i usually toss them a percentage of the sale profit margin
