I have a work order for my investment properties but is is so generic that's its lacking. I've looked around online and haven't been satisfied. Would anyone be willing to send me one of theirs? Please and thank you in advance.

In NW Ohio or SE Michigan in counties in or near Lucas Co Ohio, Lenawee Co Michigan, Monroe Co Michigan... is there a list that I can access for free to view which addresses are delinquent on taxes and the amount they owe? How do I find this list? I've checked Lucas Co aries no no avail. Any information you can offer to about how to access a list of delinquent taxes, tax deed sales, tax liens, how to find out which firm handles the tax seizures or foreclosures,or tax lien certificate sales would be incredibly helpful.

Can anyone help me locate something like the MLS for mobile home communities? Is there a way to approach a distressed park owner and offer to purchase their property?
