Thanks for the motivating read. I also started investing in NE Ohio (specifically, Parma) about 8 months ago. Just a small duplex, but I instantly learned about inherited tenants and the joys of the eviction process... now she's humming along nicely.
I'm up to my eyeballs in debt right now; my primary focus is to reduce that down and to start buying more up in NE Ohio. I'm not quite sure I remember how I ended up investing there (I live in Miami) but your story gives me the conviction to continue in that market. Thanks!
