Is the BP website and phone app just getting worse and worse?

Just wondering about anyone's take on this? I can't even use the app on my phone anymore so I don't get on BP that much. $290-$390 a month for a pro membership and I can hardly use the site or app...

Naturally, I downgraded the membership.
