I am contemplating purchasing a vacation rental property in Venice Italy.  Initial research appears that this could be a good decision, however, I am leery given the foreign laws and convulsion of Italian process.  Has anyone done something like this?  Any thoughts or advice?

Hi, this is my first question/post.  I am a novice and am looking to purchase my first investment property.  I live in Cincinnati, OH and wanted to know if anyone here knows of a good, trustworthy real estate agent that specializes in investment properties in the Cincinnati area.
