Hi Everyone! I recently obtained my real estate license in AZ. I am currently looking at brokerages to join. My two main goals for my first year in the business is to learn as much as I can and to meet as many people as possible!

Hello everyone, I am very interested in hearing how much it costs to become a real estate agent in Arizona. How much was it for you to take the class? Who did you go with for the class? What brokerage did you join? What were the fees like for that? What does it look like price wise to pay for MLS access? Any other miscellaneous expenses that people typically do not think about when it comes to being an agent?

What is your prediction of the 2021 Real Estate market? Do you think that the market will continue to reach record highs? Or do you see a housing crash coming our way? I am curious to hear from people across the country and in the Phoenix area.

I am curious if there is anyone house hacking in the Phoenix, Arizona. I am interested in house hacking myself and would love to connect with someone who is doing it in the area. I have been looking at some duplexes and some quadplexes in Glendale. Is there another area I should look in instead?
