Hey Renea, thank you for replying and your advise. I look forward to hearing more from you.

Thank you everyone for the connection.

Wendy & Matthew - That works out well, I market to the northern Pontiac/East Waterford areas, I'll keep you informed on how the new marketing ploy goes.

Joe & Bill - I'll definitely keep you guys in mind if I can't find any answers to questions I might have.

Hey all,

My name is Keith Burton, I live in Pontiac, Michigan. My current goal is to run a stable real-estate wholesaling business. I currently attend the University of Michigan (go blue) for a degree in Finance.

I've been hanging around the BP forums for a while; most of the questions I had were already previously answered. I launched a marketing campaign over the summer but things seemed to have "tangled" themselves instead of working like a well-oiled machine.

Now, I've eliminated the automation for now as my business is too small to truly make use of it and I prepared a budget to launch a new campaign.

I look forward to hearing from you guys and meeting more investors around my area.

Happy Hunting!
