Selling price: $244,900

Property type: Duplex ( both units rented)

Unit 1: 4 bedroom and 1 bathroom $1450

Unit 2:  2 bedroom and 1 bathroom

For this deal to make sense, I would have to pay between $235,000 and $238000

Is this a good deal based on the numbers?

@Frank Patalano

Fear that I wont find the right property and that i’m not fully prepared and need to read more. Trying to get out of that mentality because truth is, I will never be fully prepared.

Also, currently living in another state and want to invest in Florida to househack. However, I’m not sure when I will be moving to Florida, but want to get my first property this year(which means I need to find another alternative to achieve this goal)

So I started the process of finding an agent to help me house hunt

@Don Joseph Hi Don, thanks. Hoepfully that code still works when i’m ready. I get newsletters from them on a regular with the code. How was your exam?
