I’m working on purchasing an out of state investment property in Orlando ( near UCF or Universal Studios) or in West Palm Beach (where ever the numbers make sense).

I am currently doing research on property management companies in those areas so when I purchase my property I have a few recommended companies in mind.

Any suggestions?

What’s your criteria of a good deal? Whether you are just starting out or have been in the business for a really long time

Thinking of purchasing my first out of state property in Orlando. I’ve done my research and found some properties close to Universal Studios that I would use for short term and/or long term rental.

Been running some numbers and still havent find anything that cash flows well because of the HOA's fees. Most of the properties I have been looking at are apartments and a fee houses (3bedroom & 2 bathroom or 2 bed; 2 batg)

One of the common cons about investing in Orlando is the high crime rate, which has me second guessing but I feel the pros outweighs the cons

I am hoping to find a deal and close before 2019 ends.

Any advice on investing in the area, how I should approach it?
