Thanks so much for your reply!  The world of real estate is so intricate with so many rules, exceptions and various paths that can be taken.  Trying to find the most advantageous route to get started without going broke in that first year.

Hi There BP Members -

I am totally green as it relates to the world of real estate sales.  My question was - Can you have a full time job as a property manager (with a RE License) and acquire your own listings and sell those properties through your broker?  How does this process work and are the rules state specific?  I am looking to work in Georgia.

Thanks so much for any helpful insight you all can provide.
