@Aram Kenneth Honore thanks for the great insight. We were looking at Calumet City which I see is in Cooks County, so good to know about the tenant laws there. I was also under the impression that most properties Norada advertised was already rented up but I will definitely check in on that assumption. Thanks!

Hi! I am new to BP, and my husband and I are looking into out of state investing because we live in California and the cost to purchase is just too high here! We have two small boys with another one on the way in March 2021, so I am thinking Turnkey is the best option for us right now due to lack of time. I have been looking at TK properties offered by Norada and the numbers for properties in Illinois look pretty great. Has anyone else purchased a turnkey from Norada in the Illinois market? Do the numbers work out pretty close to what they advertise? Looking for any input related to Norada TK investing as well as the Illinois market in general. Thanks!
