Hello fellow investors, my name is Ryan Kemp and I am from the greater Seattle area born and raised. I run a family owned general contracting company we specialize in new homes, additions, and renovations. I first heard of Bigger Pockets when listening to a few podcasts at work and thought that I would check it out. After reading through blogs and articles I realized how great of a platform this truly is and the potential that it offers.
