If you're looking for a real "SHTF" investment, forget gold.

How exactly does one transact with a brick of gold, anyways? Shave a little off the top for your eggs and bacon?

Wood, steel and lead. Also, high strength nylon-based polymers.

THOSE investments will serve you well in a real "SHTF" situation.

Gold? Meh. Like mentioned before, no dividend, no cash flow, no special tax benefits...

Thats what I was afraid of. Thanks @Jacques Wurms!

Question; do you have your attorney go through them all, or are they all pretty much cut and dry? Still new at this, and I don't want to screw myself.

Guess what I'm really asking is how badly do I need to find an attorney at this stage of the game?

I started making offers for properties through my Realtor, and each time I get an 11+ page document that needs to be signed.

Is this typical, or is there a "short form" type of contract I can have her use? If I'm going to make dozens and dozens of offers, it seems like a lot of paperwork...

Is there an easier way?

Let the forum worry about bandwidth... We want to see more pictures! (Trust me, you're not gonna break the Internet... Kim Kar tried, she didn't make a dent. You're fine!!!)

(But I'd be happy to get a Dropbox link in the meanwhile!)

What's that burning smell?

Oh.

It's the fire.

Under my ***.

Thanks for lighting it, @Brie Schmidt!!!

You sure you wanna relocate here from New Jersey?

@Brian Gibbons Thanks for the response- Investorcarrot looks great!

What do you use for your CRM? I didn't see anything like BackOffice offered on their website; mostly web design, SEO rankings and lead capture?

Thanks! So much to digest!

Does anyone have anything good/bad to say about this service? Specifically, how easy is BackOffice to use, to maintain leads and manage marketing campaigns?

I like the prefab websites; they're clean and neat. But rather than creating my own Excel file to manage, as a newcomer to the industry can anyone give me reasons to use/not use this service?
