My current 30 years fixed interest rate is 5.25. I initiated this mortgage in middle of 2018. I am planning to refinance now. I am getting 4.125 for 15 years fixed without any points. It is 3.37 with 1 point that costs me additional $600. For information, single family rental is located at Michigan and loan amount is 60K including closing costs.

Please let me know if this is good interest rate based on current market?

I did purchase single family rental at Michigan in 2018 and recently transferred from my name to LLC. Now, I am thinking to refinance as my current 30 year mortgage rate is above 5% and believe that I can get better rate if refinance.

Do you recommend any lender who can refinance Michigan property?
